How to directly call Long Term Care Residents
Families who know the extension of their resident can use the following procedure:
1. Dial (989) 453-3709
2. Listen to the voice prompt:
"Welcome to Scheurer Hospital.....Press 0 for the operator at any time. If you know the extension of the party you wish to reach, press 1 now. For a directory of extensions, press 4."
3. Dial 1
"Enter the number you wish to transfer to"
4. Dial the four digit extension number
"Transfer to _ _ _ _, press 1; enter a different number, 2"
5. The system automatically transfers your call!
